BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Three Eastern Kentucky University football games will air live on ESPN3 this season, the Ohio Valley Conference recently announced as part of its eight-game football “Game of the Week” package.
The Colonels’ home game against Tennessee-Martin on Oct. 5 will be the first of the three contests on ESPN3. EKU’s road games at Southeast Missouri on Nov. 9 and at Jacksonville State on Nov. 23 are also part of the package.
Eastern ended the 2018 season with four straight wins and were in the conversation for a playoff spot. Eastern Kentucky finished 7-4 overall and third in the OVC with a 5-2 mark. EKU is ranked 24th in the Preseason HERO Sports top 25 and 25th in the Lindy’s Sports Preseason Top 25.
