Prestonsburg names Larry Hodge as new volleyball head coach

PRESTONSBURG, Ky. - Prestonsburg High School announced Thursday that Larry Hodge will take over as the new Volleyball Head Coach at Prestonsburg High School.

Hodge comes to Prestonsburg High with a well-polished resume of volleyball experience. Hodge spent 13 season at Allen Central High School as an assistant coach with 13 more at ACMS, and was also the head coach at Betsy Layne High School for the last 3 seasons.

“I cannot thank the staff at PHS enough for having the faith in me for this opportunity," Hodge said in a news release from the school. "I consider it an honor to be selected for this position and look forward to the challenge of building a championship volleyball program here at Prestonsburg High School.”
