Pikeville's Chris McNamee takes home KFCA Coach of the Year

PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - After leading Pikeville to a 14-0 record and their fifth state title in school history, Chris McNamee was named Coach of the Year by the Kentucky Football Coaches Association.

McNamee is in his second stint at Pikeville. He has led the Panthers to two state titles, the first coming back in 2015. The Panthers went undefeated in 2019, defeating Paintsville 43-0 in the Class 1A state title game.
