KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WYMT) — UPIKE and University of the Cumberlands now sit in the NAIA Coaches' Poll Top 25. Cumberlands re-enters the Top 25 after two wins this past week and a four-game win streak.

The Bears resided in the No. 16 spot two polls ago, and will continue its run of the longest active streak in the top 25, now at 72 consecutive polls.

UPIKE suffered two losses since the most recent poll, but also defeated then No. 10 Campbellsville on the road to help levy themselves into not dropping far.

Cumberlands on the other hand is riding a four-game win streak, including two top ten victories over Georgetown (Ky.) and Campbellsville (Ky.).

The two schools meet on Thursday when No. 16 UPIKE travels to Williamsburg to take on the 17th-ranked Patriots. In their earlier meeting, UPIKE squeaked out a 64-63 victory at home.
