PJ Washington vows to beat Tyler Herro and Heat this season

LEXINGTON, Ky (WYMT) - While PJ Washington and Tyler Herro are no longer teammates after being selected with the 12th and 13th pick respectively in the 2019 NBA Draft, the two are still having fun each time they are together just like they were when they were here in Lexington.

In a video of the two, PJ Washington told NBA TV that he and the Hornets will beat Herro and the Heat this season.

The NBA will have to wait and see PJ Washington in action after Washington sat out during the NBA Summer League in efforts to continue to nurse the injury that saw him miss the first two games of the NCAA Tournament.

Tyler Herro took the league by storm, however, averaging 19.8 points and 29.5 minutes per game as the Heat went 3-2 finishing 9th in the NBA Summer League's Tournament in Las Vegas.

Who do you have? PJ or the Bucket?
