The win in Chapel Hill is the first ever for the Cardinals. They were previously 0-3 at UNC. Louisville moves above the .500 mark in ACC play, while handing the Tar Heels their first ACC loss of the year. The loss snaps UNC's four-game winning streak. Their last loss came to the Kentucky Wildcats on December 22, an 80-72 win for the Wildcats in Chicago.
