Coach Stoops "Sore" after Missouri win

LEXINGTON, Ky (WYMT)- It's going to be an exciting week for the Kentucky Wildcats as they get set to play Georgia. The winner of Saturday's game will claim the SEC East Crown.

The Wildcats kept the dream alive by beating Missouri in a dramatic finish 15-14 on the road.

In the locker room, the Wildcats let loose a little bit, celebrating their seventh win of the season.

"Generally don't get overly excited in there, but just the way we pulled that out and just the way the guys were having fun," said Mark Stoops. "It was in the moment. We had a lot of fun. You see how much confidence I had in them that they were going to catch me (laughter). I'm always a little banged up. I feel like I play after games. I'm getting old and I feel like I'm always sore, I really do, I feel like I play. Players always laugh at me. I always see them in there in the training room on Sunday. We're all in there getting worked on (laughter)."
