Salmon Cakes

• 2 salmon filets, flaked
• ½ cup panko bread crumbs
• Old Bay Seasoning
• Salt & Pepper
• 2 tblsp cilantro
• 1 egg, beaten

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Form into cakes. Saute in a small amount of olive oil on medium high heat for a couple of minutes on each side or until golden brown.
