Cook 4 bone-in Chicken breasts to your liking, either cover with salt & pepper and bake or boil with onion, carrots, celery, herbs, salt and peppercorns.
While the chicken is cooking mix 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon each of fresh lemon juice and curry powder.
Steam 3 heads of broccoli.
Shred the chicken then top with broccoli, then mixture and finish with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven until bubbly.
Serve with white rice.
