Steamed Mussels in Beer
1 Bottle Lager Beer
1 pound fresh Mussels (check shells to make sure they are not opened before steaming;)
discard opened shells
1 cup water
2-3 tablespoons Fish Seasoning
Bring Water & Beer to a boil.
Add Mussels steam until shells open.
