Gazpacho

Gazpacho

This soup is a special summers’ end appetizer
It uses all the gardens leftovers.

Peel & Core 15 tomatoes
Chop 2-3 green peppers
4 cloves garlic
2 medium onions
¼ cup Olive Oil
4-6 peeled & diced cucumbers
1 jalapeno pepper
1 bunch fresh parsley
Coarse ground salt & pepper
6 ice cubes
Puree in a blender & chill, serve cold.
