Bourbon Barbecue Sauce from 'Barbecue Nation'

1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
3 scallions (whiate and green parts), finely chopped
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl until well mixed. This will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.]
