The River Fog Festival was held in downtown Williamsburg, thanks to a partnership between the city of Williamsburg, CEDIK, and the Why Whitley group.

The festival held several local food and craft beer vendors, as well as several entertainment groups. All of the vendors and performers were either from Whitley County, or close to the area.

People at the festival say they are excited to see revitalization and energy being put into Whitley County.

"I'm really excited to see what all they do in Williamsburg. Because, I have gotten to know some people over here trying to revitalize the town. And, trying to bring some energy in," says Jonathan Piercy, entertainer known by "Jonathan and his Four String Fiasco."

Members with the Why Whitley group say they intend to make the festival an annual event.
