(WYMT) - A Whitley County man recently identified a suspect in the murder of a pregnant woman is now facing federal drug and firearm related charges.

29-year-old Daniel Nantz from Woodbine, Kentucky is one of 19 people in the indictment that was unsealed Friday.

The indictments are part of a nine month long investigation by the ATF into meth and firearm trafficking.

The indictment alleges Nantz, among others, conspired to distribute meth in and around Knox, Laurel, and Whitley Counties.

It also accuses Nantz and others in the indictment with trafficking firearms, using firearms during drug trafficking transactions, and illegally possessing firearms.

We do not know when Nantz will be in court to answer to the federal charges.

ATF officials were joined by the Corbin Police Department, Knox County Sheriff's Department, and Kentucky State Police in the investigation.
