Wanted man arrested after anonymous tip

CLAY COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - A tip led deputies to a wanted man in Clay County.

Authorities say Justin Baker, 38, had several warrants for charges including drug trafficking and DUI.

Deputies received an anonymous tip that a wanted fugitive was at a home on Roots Branch Road.

Deputies say they arrived at the home and found a stole ATV on the property.

They also found Baker and arrested him after he tried to run away.

He is now also charged with receiving stolen property and running from police.

Deputies also arrested the home's owner, Brooklyn Hicks, 23, on a hindering prosecution or apprehension charge and receiving stolen property.
