WATCH: Harlan Boys Choir sings at President George H.W. Bush inauguration

(WKYT/WYMT) - President George H.W. Bush made several stops in Kentucky while on the presidential campaign trail.

In 1989, the Harlan Boys Choir sang at President Bush's inauguration in Washington D.C.

The Hazard Band of Gold and Corbin High School marching band also participated in the 1989 inauguration.

The choir sang "This is My Country".

Todd Clark was in the choir that sang at the 1989 inauguration.

"There was a lot of excitement I can remember. It was a great honor for us," Clark said.
