Update: Man arrested for sodomy charges was former KSP dispatcher

HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - UPDATE: A judge sent both Winston Wilson and Joshua Boles' cases to a grand jury Tuesday morning.

WYMT also learned Tuesday Wilson is a former Kentucky State Police dispatcher.

KSP said Wilson resigned Friday. They did not mention if the investigation had anything to do with his resignation.



Kentucky State Police have announced they arrested two men after a sodomy complaint in Harlan County.

Troopers said they arrested Winston Wilson, 41, of Baxter and Joshua Boles, 25 of Harlan Monday.

Wilson was charged with sodomy-first degree and Boles was charged with sexual abuse-first degree.

Both men were taken to the Harlan County Detention Center.
