KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - A trial for a Knox County woman facing a murder charge was delayed Tuesday.

A judge continued Deborah Poore's case and set a new pre-trial hearing for December 7th.

Police say Poore stabbed and killed her boyfriend last year.

Poore left the scene, but state police found her stranded in Clay County after her car ran out of gas.

Troopers say Poore admitted to stabbing Steven Burke in the chest.
