(WYMT) - Stray rain chances are possible this evening with some slightly cooler temperatures for the next few days.
Tonight and Tomorrow
We could see a few stray rain chances this evening with partly cloudy skies. Overnight lows will be in the low to mid-60s as well.
Thursday we have added in a stray rain chance with a mixture of sun and clouds throughout the day. Highs will be a little bit cooler in the low to mid-80s. Some spots could see the upper 80s depending on cloud cover. Those clouds look to clear out by the overnight hours which will allow temperatures to drop into the upper 50s to lower 60s.
Overall drier conditions do continue into the end of the workweek with hopefully a little bit more rain by the new workweek.
Friday and Saturday look dry with plenty of sunshine. Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s both days with overnight lows in the upper 50s to lower 60.
A weak front looks to arrive either by later Sunday night or Monday. Models are in disagreement with the timing of this front. Stray rain chances are likely Sunday evening with more isolated chances on Monday. Some models have rain lingering into Tuesday and Wednesday as well. For now, we have stray rain chances for both of those days.
Highs will remain right around the mid-80s with overnight lows in the lower 60s. Even with stray rain chances in the forecast, a portion of the mountains is under a moderate drought. We will continue to monitor those conditions over the next several days.
