HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT)- The Clay County Sheriff’s office arrested Brian Gibson, 38, Thursday night on multiple charges after receiving a complaint.
Multiple people at the scene told officers that Gibson was shooting a gun in a driveway.
When deputies arrived they found Gibson with a 12-Gauge shotgun that deputies later discovered had been altered. Deputies also noted that Gibson smelled like alcohol.
He is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, endangering the welfare of a minor, and public intoxication. He is held at the Clay County Detention Center.
