Police pursuit ends in crash and arrest

MARTIN, Ky. (WYMT) - One person is behind bars following a pursuit with police.

It started around 8:30 Tuesday morning near the Johnson-Magoffin County line.

We're told Kentucky State Police troopers chased James Sisco down Highway 80 into Martin, where he crashed his car into another vehicle on Martin Hill.

Police said Rebecca Pratt was driving the vehicle Sisco crashed into. They said Pratt was treated for minor injuries.

Police charged Sisco with reckless driving, fleeing or evading police, wanton endangerment, and assault.

The scene has been cleared and there is no impact on traffic in the area.
