Police arrest two after finding cocaine, meth in stolen car

MANCHESTER, Ky. (WYMT) - Police arrested two people after finding drugs during a traffic stop.

Friday, Manchester Police officers saw a white Ford Fusion with Florida plates blocking River Street twice.

During a traffic stop, officers learned the car was stolen from Laurel County. Mollie Henson, 51, of Hyden was in the driver's seat and had a warrant out for her arrest. Brian Hacker, 38, of Oneida was in the passenger seat.

Police searched the car and found a small baggie of cocaine, two digital scales, multiple empty baggies, two small baggies of meth, a used pipe, a leather slapjack hidden in a backpack and cash.

Henson was charged with blocking a highway, drug trafficking, receiving stolen property $10,000 or more, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon.

Hacker was charged with receiving stolen property $10,000 or more, drug trafficking, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon.
