UPDATE: Police arrest one man in relation to O'Charley's Shooting

The Bowling Green Police Department has arrested 44-year-old Terry Stice II, of Bowling Green, in connection with Friday night's shooting.

21-year-old Elijsha Taylor and 40-year-old Michael Russell both died from gunshot wounds.

During the investigation, detectives said they determined Taylor and Russell were in a physical altercation and Taylor shot Russell.

After seeing Taylor shoot Russell, police said, Stice fired numerous rounds at Taylor, striking and killing him. Another involved party is also accused of striking Stice with a vehicle and fleeing the scene.

Police said Stice fired more rounds at the vehicle as it was attempting to exit the parking lot.

Stice has been charged with two counts of attempted murder and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Stice is lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.

The Bowling Green Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place at the city’s O’Charley’s restaurant.

Around 10 p.m. on Friday, police received a call saying shots were fired in the parking lot of the restaurant.

When police arrived, they said they found 21-year-old Elijsha Taylor and 40-year-old Michael Russell, both from Bowling Green, had suffered gunshot wounds. Taylor was pronounced dead at the scene. Russell later died in the hospital from his injury.

Police said they believe there are prior connections or relationships between the victim and the suspect. They believe the shooting was related to a long-standing dispute between the two involved, and that this was not a random act of violence.
