Police arrested Caleb Schoeff after they said he became violent with officers on August 19 near Elkhorn City.

Officers said Schoeff refused to pull over. Police had to cut him off in order to get him to stop the vehicle.

Once stopped, police said Schoeff refused to get out of the vehicle after police ordered him to do so.

Once he did get out of the vehicle, Schoeff took a taser from an officer and tased two officers.

Schoeff also allegedly punched and elbowed several other officers.

One officer was taken to the Pikeville Medical Center.

Schoeff was taken to the Pike County Detention Center. He faces several charges including 2nd-degree assault and fleeing or evading police.
