BREATHITT COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - Thursday evening, the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested a man for allegedly spreading sexual images of a minor online.
Dustin J. Coomer, 29, was arrested and faces charges relating to the distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.
Coomer was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.
Police collected equipment used to facilitate the crime and took it to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination.
Coomer faces a charge of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. Additional charges are expected.
He was taken to the Three Forks Regional Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
