Troopers say sometime after 1 a.m. on Sunday, Kentucky State Police Post 10 got a call from the Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Healthcare Hospital.
"They were explaining to us that they had a victim of a stabbing come into the ER," said Lieutenant Danny Caudill.
After investigations, police say they discovered the alleged stabbing came after an argument while several men were riding ATV's in Bell County.
"Troopers were able to recover a knife that was allegedly used in the incident, uh, yesterday morning," said Caudill.
Police say there have been no arrests as the investigation is still on-going.
