The Tennessee Highway Patrol says there was a truck with 4 people inside.

They say the driver of the truck was Charles M. Gibbons of Miracle, Kentucky.

Officials say Gibbons was driving eastbound on Forge Ridge Road and went off the left side into an embankment. They say the truck rolled multiple times.

Officials report the four people in the truck had to be extricated.

The passengers, including two juveniles, were flown to UT Medical Center. Officials say Gibbons died at the scene.
