BOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A murder charge has been dismissed against a man charged in the death of a missing man in Boyd County.
According to court documents, Zachary Tarleton pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of 2nd-degree complicity to commit robbery.
A murder charge against Tarleton was dismissed as part of the plea deal.
Tarleton could face a maximum of 7 years inside a Kentucky penitentiary when he is sentenced December 8th.
Jacob Lane pleaded guilty earlier this year to the murder of Justin Reeder.
Reeder was found a week after being reported missing by family.
Lane faces life in prison. He is scheduled to be sentenced later this month.
