Muggy conditions continue, cold front moves in tomorrow
The first half of the weekend was hot and humid and Sunday will be no different.
A few pop-up showers and storms will continue until sunset. Tonight you can expect partly cloudy skies with lows in the mid 60s. Patchy fog is possible overnight and early Sunday.
A cold front will move through late Sunday, bringing us only stray to isolated rain chances. The front will lose most of its steam as it approaches Eastern Kentucky. Sunday highs will be in the mid 80s with lows in the mid 60s. A few showers may continue into the overnight hours.
Remember to stay hydrated and wear sunscreen if you plan to be outside!
The daily rain chances will continue into the new work week.
Thanks to the cold front, hot temperatures will take a break and we will see highs in the upper 70s Monday and Tuesday. Both days will be mostly dry.
Right now, the middle and end of the week looks like a typical summertime pattern with temperatures in the mid to upper 80s, high humidity, and pop-up showers and storms.
