HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - The nonprofit With Love from Harlan posted on Facebook about an opportunity for Blackjewel miners to get help with their utility bills.
The nonprofit announced that Father Jim Sichko will be at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Harlan on Monday, July 15, at 10 a.m.
Father Sichko will pay one electric bill per family, as long as funds last.
Miners and their families must provide their last check stub, photo ID and their utility bill.
