LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT)- A man is facing charges after deputies say he was caught driving under the influence with a DUI suspended license.
Deputies with the Laurel County Sheriff's Office say they were called to a crash on Highway 830 Tuesday night.
That's where they say they found Jonathan Moore, 40, who had slurred speech and was uneasy on his feet.
Deputies also discovered he was driving on a DUI suspended license.
They say they determined Moore was under the influence at the time of the crash. They also found a pop bottle full of liquor in his vehicle.
While investigating, deputies say Moore admitted that he had smoked marijuana, took Xanax and had also smoked meth.
Moore was taken to the Laurel County Detention Center where he faces several charges.
