JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - After more than a decade, Johnson Central High School brings back a well-loved program thanks to a local businessman.
Bob Hutchinson with Hutch Auto donated a Malibu car to the school which allowed them to bring back their Drivers Ed Course.
Each semester, students learn the rules of the road.
'It's been 15 years or so since they had a drivers ed program here and they had a drivers ed instructor in place and all they were really missing was a car, so I said why not. It's part of giving back to the community that has been a blessing to us and helped us grow," says Hutchinson.
Hutchinson says he believes this program will help high school students become better drivers.
