Perry County tow truck stolen and set on fire
Starting from the ground up, Ismail Camur consistently works at the towing company he started almost 22 years ago.
"It is basically my life, I work here seven days a week, day and night," Ismail explained.
As a tow truck driver, Ismail receives calls daily asking him to pick up damaged vehicles. Recently he got a call for a pick up that hit too close to home.
"He said I believe one of your trucks has caught fire around here and I go out on the porch and see one of them missing," Ismail said.
The $50,000 truck was destroyed and found close to Yellow Creek in Perry County.
"I am not lying I cried. We worked so hard for that equipment, you do not buy something like that every day."
Working for years to pay off the tow truck Ismail was so proud of, all that is left now is just scrap metal.
Ismail says he is offering a cash reward for anyone who provides information leading to the arrest of the person who did this crime.
