HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - Local volunteers and donors helped build a house along Christopher Road in Hazard for the Housing Development Alliance.
They started building in September, and the house is now finished.
This is just one of nearly twenty homes they built this year.
"To watch a house go from just land to [a] completed home inside and out, move in ready for these families and to be done in two months time is just spectacular," said Timothy Baker, Director of Development and Communications.
The construction is complete and the house is ready to be furnished.
They hope the family can move in before the holidays.
