Grand jury to hear case against three people in shooting at Harlan County school

HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - A grand jury will hear the case against three people charged in a shooting at a Harlan County elementary school.

21-year-old Daniel Hensley, 27-year-old Robert Middleton and 20-year-old James Brown all face charges, including attempted murder.

The shooting happened in the Cawood Elementary School parking lot last month.

Two people were injured. One was Austin Brown, 20, of Cawood, who was hit in the eye.

The grand jury will decide whether to indict the group.
