LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - A man first arrested in a prowling case is now facing a long list of additional charges.
Deputies with the Laurel County Sheriff's Office first arrested Marlow Baker in May.
They say he was looking in windows at a home that was not his.
During the arrest in May, deputies said Baker ran off.
A grand jury indicted Baker. On Wednesday, deputies went looking for him again.
They say he ran away again but was caught after a short foot chase.
Baker's charges include trespassing and assaulting a police officer.
