LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - Four people are behind bars after the Laurel County Sheriff's Office responded to a drug complaint.
Around 4 p.m. Wednesday, deputies and detectives went to Morentown Road north of London.
They found pills, baggies, scales, snorting straws and marijuana. Several of the people at the scene were also wanted on outstanding warrants.
The owner of the property, Ernest W. Wagers, 54, of London was charged with marijuana trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Layton L. McQueen, 35, of London was charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and not keeping prescription drugs in a proper container. McQueen was also charged on an outstanding warrant.
Sabrina K. Maggard, 40, of London was charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, along with an outstanding warrant.
Robert Wesley McWhorter, 36, of London was charged on four outstanding warrants regarding child support.
All four were taken to the Laurel County detention center.
