A former Eastern Kentucky mail carrier pleaded guilty this month to destroying mail.

Justin Michael Vaughn will learn his punishment early next year.

Prosecutors said in 2018, people in the Cannon community reported that bills, checks, packages and even medicine never made it to them through the mail.

Vaughn is scheduled for sentencing on February 10.
