HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - There was a large FBI and police presence at a clinic in downtown Harlan Tuesday morning.

Police closed part of Main Street that runs in front of the clinic for most of the morning. The road is back open.

The FBI office in Louisville told WYMT that the FBI, Kentucky State Police and the Kentucky Attorney General's Office of Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Control were "conducting judicially authorized activity today in Floyd, Harlan and Pike Counties."

FBI agents and other law enforcement officials were seen coming in and out of the Harlan clinic. A sign on the clinic says 'Behavioral Health Professionals'.

Authorities have not said what they were doing at the Harlan clinic or in Floyd and Pike Counties, nor have they said if anyone is facing any charges.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
