Eight arrested on drug charges in Knox County
Knox County deputies made multiple arrests after getting a call about illegal drug activity at a home on Wednesday.
They say the home is on Meadow Lark Circle in Corbin.
After an investigation, deputies found several grams of what they believe is meth, as well as pipes, syringes, digital scales and a loaded gun.
A total of eight people were arrested. Five of them were convicted felons and four were charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Jason Bible, Heather Wagers, Roseanna Rainwater and Jason Merida were charged with trafficking a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Karri Gilliam, Marcus Tanner Hollin, Joseph Wagoner and Ashley Hamilton were charged with trafficking a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All eight people were taken to the Knox County Detention Center.
