Delay in court case for man facing murder charge out of Pike County

PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - Friday there was a delay in the case of a man facing a murder charge out of Pike County.

Coley Dundre Maxwell was expected to appear in court Friday morning.

His arraignment was continued until January 16.

A grand jury indicted him and two other men in July for murder of Amari hall.

Tevin Robinson and Marian Richie were also shot.

They both survived.
