Today has been absolutely perfect and those comfortable temperatures continue into the overnight hours. We'll increase cloud cover a little bit tonight with overnight lows in the low to mid-50s. It'll be a little bit chilly tonight and for those early morning hours as well.

Wednesday and Thursday

Temperatures continue to be in the mid-70s for your Wednesday but sadly rain chances return to the mountains.

It looks like a cold front will swing through late Wednesday into early Thursday morning. The best chance for showers and storms will be in the later afternoon to early evening hours Wednesday. The Storm Prediction Center has put us in a marginal risk (1 out of 5) for severe weather so a few of those storms could be on the strong to severe side.

We see a few scattered rain chances continue into Thursday morning, but I think we start to clear out and dry out by the afternoon hours. Highs look to only reach the upper 60s on Thursday with overnight lows in the lower 50s.

Extended Forecast

Mostly sunny skies return Friday with highs in the comfortable range once again. Highs look to reach the mid-70s with lows in the upper 50s to lower 60s. Saturday we bring back a few scattered rain chances with highs back in the 80s. If you have any outdoor plans this weekend Saturday looks like the best day.

It looks like another system could be moving into the mountains by Sunday and into the new work week. Highs look to rebound back in the 80s as well.
