Cool air moves in tomorrow, more sunshine on the way

(WYMT) - Tonight we will hang onto a few clouds with overnight lows dropping into the lower 60s. Cooler air is on the way!

Thursday and Friday
That dry cold front will move through and cool us off for the end of the workweek.

For your Thursday we will see a mixture of sun and clouds with highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s.

By Friday we will see mostly sunny skies with highs in the upper 70s to lower 80. It will feel great for some Friday night football! Overnight lows will also drop into the lower 60s.

The Weekend
This weekend will be another beautiful one in the mountains!

Highs will be in the lower 80s both days with overnight lows in the lower 60s.

We will see a few clouds both days, but overall there will be plenty of sunshine! If you are heading out to the UK game on Saturday at 7:30 you will see perfect weather all day! It should feel a little bit cooler as well by the time the sun goes down.

Extended Forecast
It looks like our high temperatures increase by the new workweek. Temperatures will be back into the mid to upper 80s with overnight lows in the mid to upper 60s.

The good news is it looks like we continue the drier pattern as well.

Hurricane Dorian is finally moving away from the Bahamas. It is still a category 2 hurricane. Right now the hurricane is bringing strong wind and heavy rain to the east coast. It is still unsure if the hurricane will make landfall.

We will continue to keep you updated throughout the next few days.
