Today and Tonight
We are waking up a bit chilly here in the mountains this morning! You may need a light jacket with temperatures in the upper 50s.
We will see a few clouds throughout the day on Friday as well. Highs look to remain in the upper 70s to lower 80s. Dew points will be low as well so it will feel great outside.
There is a possibility for a stray shower or two Friday evening, but Friday night football fans should not worry too much. I'm thinking the rain moves in after 10 p.m. That being said, chances are spotty and we are not expecting thunderstorms. Our northern counties could see the rain a little bit earlier.
This weekend will be another beautiful one in the mountains!
Highs will be in the upper 70s to lower 80s both days with overnight lows in the upper 50s to lower 60s.
We will see a few clouds both days, but overall there will be plenty of sunshine! We could see a stray rain chance Saturday, mainly early on in the day. If you are heading out to the UK game on Saturday at 7:30 you will see perfect weather all day! It should feel a little bit cooler as well by the time the sun goes down.
Highs will increase as we head into the new workweek.
Temperatures look to be back in the mid to upper 80s with overnight lows in the mid to upper 60s.
We remain dry throughout the first half of the week, but it looks like isolated rain chances could return by the middle and end of the week.
Hurricane Dorian is now a category 1 hurricane and is impacting the Carolinas. Heavy rain and gusty wind are impacting the east coast.
