We are waking up to muggy conditions, but mostly clear skies. Dry conditions will continue through the morning.
A cold front will move through late Sunday, bringing us isolated showers and storms. The front will lose most of its steam as it approaches Eastern Kentucky. Sunday highs will be in the mid 80s with lows in the mid 60s. A few showers may continue into the overnight hours.
Remember to stay hydrated and wear sunscreen if you plan to be outside!
The daily rain chances will continue into the new work week, but we start off on a dry note.
Thanks to the cold front, hot temperatures will take a break and we will see highs in the upper 70s Monday and Tuesday. Both days will be mostly dry.
Right now, the middle and end of the week looks like a typical summertime pattern with temperatures in the mid to upper 80s, high humidity and pop-up showers and storms.
