The $800 billion reduction, confirmed to CNN Sunday evening by a senior administration official, assumes that the GOP health care bill the House passed earlier this month would become law, that official said.

According to the report, Kentucky's 5th congressional district (Bell, Breathitt, Carter, Clay, Elliott, Floyd, Harlan, Jackson, Johnson, Knott, Knox, Laurel, Lawrence, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Lincoln, Magoffin, Martin, McCreary, Morgan, Owsley, Perry, Pike, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Rowan, Wayne, and Whitley counties and a portion of Boyd County) stands to lose more jobs than any district in the nation.
