Beshear advises schools to stay closed till May 1st

Governor Andy Beshear asked all Superintendents in Kentucky to prolong the ban on in-person education until May 1st.

This is consistent with Beshear's statewide efforts to mitigate the coronavirus outbreak in Kentucky.

The ban had been originally set on April 20th.

The move comes as the Kentucky Board of Education
