ASHLAND, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A 14-month-old child was treated Thursday for an opioid overdose, and the infant's mother was arrested, Ashland Police say.
Jocelyn Smith, 23, of Ashland, is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment.
The baby was taken to King’s Daughters Medical Center and treated with Narcan. It is doing fine.
Police went to Smith’s home where they found drugs.
