I know the one question on your mind is whether or not my name really is Justin Kase. I'd love to tell you that story, but first I'd really love to hear yours.

Although I was born in Maine, I lived in Florida for most of my life. I grew up in Naples and went to school in Fort Myers at Florida Gulf Coast University.

Before returning to school to finish my degree, I worked as a traffic reporter in Tampa for a few years. Every day felt like a treasure hunt to me and realized that I love the feeling of finding information that has a direct impact on people's lives. I did not want to limit my passion to traffic reporting, which is why I returned to school to finish my degree in order to open new doors. While at FGCU, I called play-by-play for several Division I sports and I was an intern with ESPN3 for the broadcasts of the men's and women's basketball programs.

Because my major focused on digital storytelling, I had the great privilege of creating public service announcements for local organizations including homeless shelters and pet rescues. Through my experiences, I learned that every person has an incredible story to tell. I also learned that telling people's magnificent stories requires me to be a better listener.
