KSP: One child dead after accidental shooting

IRVINE, Ky. (WYMT) - On Friday, Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post, responded to a call from the Estill County Sheriff’s Office for help investigating an accidental shooting in the county.
Investigators said a child, 14, was reportedly accidentally shot by another child, 13, outside of a home.
The child, 14, was pronounced dead on the scene by the Estill County Coroner Jimmy Wise.
The shooting happened on Clark Road in Estill County.
Officials said foul play is not suspected but the incident is under investigation.
